A is for Ox, a short history of the alphabet is a book I not only designed, it's one I also researched, wrote and illustrated. After its initial publication it was taken up by the Folio Society.

I produced a tremendous variety of work for Kew Gardens Publishing including design and layout for many of their high profile books. Marianne North, a very intrepid painter and The Smallest Kingdom were both shortlisted for Garden Media Guild book awards, while Phototographing Trees was designed in close collaboration with award-winning photographer Edward Parker.

I designed The Calendar Girls Story and Yorkshire at War for Dalesman & Countryman. The first is about the women involved in the famous WI calendar (who were closely connected with the publisher), and the second is a design for a 'nostalgia' series.

A magnificent job each page is beautifully laid out and makes you want to linger rather than turn the page
